For minors: We will not pierce the face under the age of 15. Please bring a birth certificate and a photo ID. A Social Security card is okay if the last names match. If last names don’t match, a piece of mail showing matching addresses is helpful. If you’re a legal guardian, well need paperwork that proves guardianship.
